Research Digest, November 2023: State DOTs
The November 2023 issue of the Research Digest is now available for download from the CTR Library. This digest from the CTR Library provides abstracts for 16 recently cataloged publications from other states’ department of transportation research programs. The research projects represented here are from various states including Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oregon, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. The reports cover a wide range of topics including educating the public about distracted driving and evaluating distraction-prevention technologies, DOT workforce development and readiness, safest placement for crosswalks at intersections, and improving safety service patrol performance.
