This is a survey to help the University of Texas at Austin – Center for Transportation Research (UT-CTR) understand TxDOT’s state of Seal Coat experience.
We are conducting this survey in support of two TxDOT research projects, Research Project 7057 “Develop Guidelines for Precoating Aggregates of Seal Coats” and Research Project 7058 “Development of a Performance Related Test for Designing Seal Coats”.
The results of the survey will help develop performance guidelines for seal coats and precoated aggregate.
UT-CTR appreciates your input into how your district conducts seal coats, the annual volumes, the materials selection, and the performance of seal coats.
We would appreciate you accessing and completing the Seal Coat Survey for TxDOT. The survey can be accessed from a computer or a smartphone.
