
Department of Public Safety – Driver’s License Division Employee Survey
Conducted in support of a study for TxDPS at the direction of the Texas State Legislature
The University of Texas at Austin – Center for Transportation Research was contracted to perform this study. We are seeking your input to increase our understanding of how the Driver’s License Division functions and determine possible recommendations for improvement.
We are requesting that you complete a survey containing questions about DLD and your job. We ask for no personally identifying information and it should take about 15 minutes to complete. The survey will produce an anonymous snapshot of DPS-DLD
We would appreciate you accessing and completing the Driver’s License Program Survey. The survey can be accessed from a computer or a smartphone.
This survey is only being distributed to DLD employees that do not have job titles of Customer Service Representatives or License and Permit Specialists and has been approved by DPS Management. As such, you may take the survey on DPS time during your normal work hours, or you may take it on your own time. Participation is voluntary; however, we need employee input.
We would appreciate your response by March 6, 2020.
