- The University Transportation Center (UTC) Undergraduate Internship (UI) operates through two Tier 1 US Department of Transportation’s University Transportation Centers: the Center for Highway Pavement Preservation (CHPP) and the Data-Supported Transportation Operations and Planning (D-STOP) Center.
