Research Digest, April 2024: State DOTs
The April 2024 issue of the Research Digest is now available for download from the CTR Library. This digest from the CTR Library provides abstracts for 16 recently cataloged publications from other states’ department of transportation research programs. The research projects represented here are from various states including Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Vermont, Virginia, and Wyoming. The reports cover a wide range of topics including bridge and culvert designs for reduced wildlife-vehicle conflicts and improved climate resiliency, continuous moisture measurement during pavement foundation construction, traffic safety evaluation of pedestrians and bicyclists at roundabouts in Minnesota, and an artificial intelligence (AI) based tool to estimate contract time.
