Research Digest, March 2019: State DOTs
The March 2019 issue of the Research Digest is now available for download from the CTR Library. This digest from CTR Library provides abstracts for 20 publications recently received from other states’ department of transportation research programs. The research projects represented here are from various states including Alabama, California, Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Oregon. The reports cover a wide range of topics including measurement of pavement roughness using smartphones, a study of motor cycle safety with respect to horizontal curves, performance and life-cycle cost benefits of stone matrix asphalt, and bridge inspections with unmanned aerial drones.
