This month's digest provides abstracts for 15 recently cataloged publications from the research program sponsored by TxDOT's Research and Technology Implementation Division (RTI). The research projects represented here cover a wide range of topics. This issue includes reports on artificial intelligence for pavement condition assessment from 2D/3D surface images, hydrologic approaches to playa lakes, areas of significant karst geology, and arid regions, using vehicle probe data to evaluate speed limits, and strut and tie method for reinforced concrete members with cold joints.
