This month's digest is a special issue. It provides abstracts for 15 video summary reports from the research program sponsored by TxDOT's Research and Technology Implementation Division (RTI). The research projects represented here cover a wide range of topics. This issue includes video summaries on the Texas Local Technical Assistance Program, continuously reinforced concrete pavement whitetopping at intersections, high risk pedestrian midblock crossings and safety evaluations for developing pedestrian crossing countermeasures, best practices for flexible pavement repairs, and investigating the strength of strut crossing cold joints. .
