Research Digest June 2013: TxDOT Research
The June 2013 issue of the Research Digest is now available for download from the CTR Library’s website.
This month’s digest provides abstracts for 24 Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Research Program publications that were published from May to mid-June. These publications are from on-going or completed research projects sponsored through the TxDOT Research and Technology Implementation Office (RTI). They cover a wide range of topics including a special topics study on staffing needs for project development and construction, a study about how lighting in nighttime work zone operations affects drivers, research on the impact the Panama Canal expansion could have on Texas ports and the economy, several studies on improving pavement performance and other topics. This digest includes reports and products from the Center for Transportation Research at the University of Texas at Austin, the Center for Multidisciplinary Research in Transportation at Texas Tech University, the Texas A&M Transportation Institute, and Texas Southern University.
Full-text links are provided for each publication and print copies are available in the library. Some items may be on CD-ROM.
