Cycle Tracks: a way to help transportation researchers study bike usage in Austin

The Center for Transportation Research has partnered with the Texas Department of Transportation and the Texas Transportation Institute to study the use of bicycles in Austin. Researchers are asking Austin bicyclists to help them gather information about bike usage through the use of a smart phone app, Cycle Tracks. Research using Cycle Tracks is also being conducted in San Francisco.

You can download the CycleTracks application for iPhone/Android phones.
